- Single occupancy rate will be calculated as 75% of double occupancy amount.
- In case of triple occupancy, extra person/child will be accommodated on chargeable-basis and provided with an extra mattress.
- Pre-scheduled Transfer from Vadodara to Tent City, Sadhu Bet (provided on request and chargeable basis at Rs.1000/person): 09:00 am From Railway Station and Airport, Vadodara; 12:30 pm From Railway Station, Vadodara.
- Statue of Unity will remain closed every Monday.

- 100% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 7 days from the check-in date.
- 50% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 10 days from the check-in date.
- 25% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 15 days from the check-in date.
- 15% cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date.
- Date amendment charges are applicable as per cancellation policy.
