Tourist Visa:

  • Visa Application Form - Online Duly filled (https://visa.kdmid.ru/PetitionChoice.aspx) and signed by the Applicant 
  • 2 Recent Photographs 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% Face should be seen & matt finish (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
  • Original Passport at least six months of remaining validity, at least 2 blank visa pages
  • Covering letter with Applicant name as per passport, Passport Number, Date of Travel, Place of travel with Purpose of travel addressing to the "Consulate General of the Russia, Mumbai" with Applicant Signature
  • Confirmed Ticket  
  • Original Tour Voucher
  • Tourist confirmation (in Russian language) by a Russian travel agency registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The confirmation must show the Agency's Reference Number and Registration Number.

 

Business Visa:

  • Visa Application Form - Online Duly filled (https://visa.kdmid.ru/PetitionChoice.aspx) and signed by the Applicant 
  • 2 Recent Photographs 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% Face should be seen & matt finish (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
  • Original Passport at least six months of remaining validity, at least 2 blank visa pages
  • Covering letter with Applicant name as per passport, Passport Number, Date of Travel, Place of travel with Purpose of travel addressing to the "Consulate General of the Russia, Mumbai" on Company Letter Head with Company Seal, Signature & Designation by Authorized Person
  • Confirmed Ticket  
  • Original invitation which can be obtained by the host organization or business partner through the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation or of its regional offices or from the regional Passport-Visa office of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Russian Federation
  • The HIV test certificate - Only for Multiple Entry Visas
